Privacy Policy

Short version

We collect the minimum data required to run the waitlist and the product. We do not sell it. We do not run third-party behavioural ad trackers. When you use the Thuztra product, your backtests and analysis run in your browser — they never leave your device.

What we collect

• Email address — when you join the waitlist. Stored in Cloudflare D1 (Cloudflare's serverless SQLite database).
• Basic server logs — IP, user-agent, timestamp, path. Retained 30 days for abuse detection, then deleted.
• No analytics cookies. No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or third-party trackers.

Where your data is stored

Your email is stored in Cloudflare D1, Cloudflare's serverless SQLite database. The data lives on Cloudflare's global infrastructure, which means the limited personal data we hold may be processed on servers located outside India.

What stays in your browser

When you use the Thuztra product (currently in private beta), your backtests, strategy parameters, and analysis run locally in your browser and are never transmitted to us. This website itself only handles the waitlist email described above — it runs no analytics or behavioural tracking.

Your rights

Email team@thuztra.com to access, correct, export, or delete any data tied to your email. We respond within 7 days.

Consent

We collect and process your email only with your consent, for the purposes described above. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us — we will delete your data and stop contacting you.

Data breaches

In the event of a personal-data breach, we will notify affected users and the Data Protection Board of India as required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Grievance Officer

For any question, complaint, or request about your data, contact our Grievance Officer at team@thuztra.com. We acknowledge grievances within 7 days and resolve them within the timelines required by law.

Changes

If we update this policy materially, we'll email anyone on the waitlist and update the "Last updated" date above.
